Continuum Health Partners
Continuum Health Partners was formed in 1997 with the merger of the Beth Israel Medical Center and the St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center. The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary joined the partnership in 1999. In 2013, Continuum Health Partners merged with the Mount Sinai Medical Center to form the Mount Sinai Health System.
This community contains electronic records which document institutional offices of Continuum Health Partners prior to its merger with Mount Sinai in 2013. The records of individual hospitals which were members of the Continuum system, including legacy records predating the merger, are located in the Record Groups community under their Mount Sinai Health System names.
